Cat 777F s/n JRP03235 was disassembled to the bare frame and has recently been completed. It was fitted with a Cat REMAN engine from Caterpillar. The rest of the components (Transmission, Torque Converter, Differential, Final Drives, Brakes etc.) are rebuilt with Zero hours of use. Furthermore, we have installed all new wiring and electrical harnesses that ensure the cab environment presents itself as close to new as possible. Finally, all the hoses are brand new from Caterpillar, every hydraulic cylinder is disassembled and resealed, all hydraulic valves and pumps are rebuilt or exchanged, and all wear joints are placed back to new specs. The bed has been repaired to serviceable condition with all joints, also being back to new specs.
As part of the reassembly process, we have installed new 27.00 x 49 tires, applied a final layer of paint and new decals.
